How does online giving work at our parish?
All online donations are processed securely through Tithe.ly, our parish’s authorized giving platform. Tithe.ly is PCI-compliant and designed to protect donor privacy and financial information.
How do I change my donation amount or schedule?
All changes—such as adjusting amounts, frequency, or designated funds—must be made directly by the donor through their personal Tithe.ly account. Parish clergy and staff do not make changes on behalf of donors.
You can log in to your Tithe.ly account here:

How do I update my credit card or bank information?
For security reasons, credit card and banking information may not be sent by email, text, or in person. Donors must update payment details by logging into Tithe.ly or by contacting Tithe.ly Support directly.

Can the priest, treasurer, or parish staff update my information for me?
No. To protect both donors and the parish, clergy and parish staff do not receive, store, or process financial account information and cannot modify donor payment details.
What if I’m having trouble accessing my Tithe.ly account?
If you are unable to log in, need to recover your account, or require technical assistance, please contact Tithe.ly Support directly:

Will my donation changes take effect right away?

Why does the parish follow this policy?
This policy protects:
-
Donor privacy and financial security
-
The integrity of parish administration
-
Clergy and staff from handling sensitive financial data
It ensures that all giving is handled safely, transparently, and consistently.
Whom should I contact with general questions about parish giving?
For non-technical questions about parish funds or giving in general, you may contact the parish office. For account-specific or payment-related issues, please contact Tithe.ly Support using the links above.
"He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver." - 2 Corinthians 9:6-7
