Join us at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church for Pysanky with Lidia, a hands-on workshop led by Lidia Ryzyk, introducing participants to the traditional art of decorating Easter eggs using wax-resist techniques and symbolic designs.
Pysanky is a centuries-old Christian craft traditionally prepared in anticipation of Pascha. During this workshop, participants will learn the basic tools, methods, and symbolism involved in creating their own decorated eggs, guided step by step in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those with some prior experience. It is open to ages 13 and up. All materials will be provided, and participants will leave with their own completed pysanky.
